How do I receive my digital key after purchase?

Your key is delivered instantly to your email address and is also visible on your Order Confirmation page and in My Account › My Orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro — all processed securely by Stripe. We do not store any card details.

My key is not working. What should I do?

First, ensure you are redeeming the key in the correct region and platform. If the problem persists, contact us via the form below and we will investigate immediately.

Can I get a refund?

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the key has not been viewed. Go to My Account › My Orders and click "Request Refund" on the relevant order.

How long does delivery take?

All products are digital — your key is delivered instantly upon successful payment.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We use HTTPS-only connections and never store raw card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
