I bought the wrong product — can I get a refund?

As long as you didn’t view the key after the purchase
(clicked on the CLAIM button), you may contact us under
the support center or write an email to support@eg2store.com
and request a return within 14 days of your purchase.

If you already viewed the key, unfortunately our policy
states no refunds unless the delivered product is faulty.
